This research paper aimed to determine the level of awareness and extent of availment of the Magna Carta 7277 and its Amending Act among persons with disabilities in Iloilo City. The participants of this study were the 85 purposively selected persons with disability (PWD's) who were members of Disabled People's Organization (DPO's). Conducted in August, 2015, this study utilized researcher-made awareness test and availment questionnaire to gather data. Mean, frequency count, percentage and standard deviations were used for descriptive statistics while t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson's rail set at .05 alpha were utilized for inferential statistics. Results revealed that the PWD's were highly aware and availed of the Magna Carta 7277 and its Amending Act to some extent. It also revealed the participants differed significantly in their extent of availment when they were grouped according to sex but no significant differences existed in the level of awareness and extent of availment when they were classified according to age, civil status, educational background, and disability. Results also showed a positive and significant relationship between participants' awareness and availment of the Magna Carta 7277 and its Amending Act 9442.en
