This study aimed on the production and validation of four Sinegaynon videos for grade 3 Mother Tongue pupils of Central Philippine University. It sought to determine the validity of the videos in terms of content, instructional quality, technical quality, presentation and organization, accuracy and up-to-datedness of information and assessment. The data were obtained through an evaluation sheet officially used at West Visayas State University Office of the Director of Instruction and Quality Assurance. Means and standard deviation were utilized to determine the level of validity of the areas of the Sinegaynon videos. Overall results revealed that all of the six areas of the Sinegaynon were rated Very Acceptable for their general merits (M= 3.77, SD= .23) and ranked as follows based on the obtained ratings: Technical Quality (M=3.85, SD=.19); Presentation and Organization (M=3.84, SD=.28); Instructional Quality (M=3.78, SD=.20); Accuracy and Up-to-Datedness of Information (M=3.78, SD=.27); Content (M=3.72, SD=.3O); and Assessment (M=3.66, SD=.38). In the light of the findings and conclusions it is recommended that the Sinegaynon videos may be used as a word learning and vocabulary tool in mother tongue in schools that use the same book and to contextualize it in other languages. Mother tongue subject teachers and future researchers in both public and private schools may create and construct Sinegaynon catered to the student's needs. It can also be created in other mother tongue grade levels. School administrators may encourage the use of Sinegaynon among their mother tongue teachers.en
