Abstract
This descriptive-correlational research aimed at determining the leadership styles and coaching strategies as inputs for a coaching enhancement program in the Province of Guimaras during the School Year 2017-2018.The study was conducted on the 2nd week of January 2018. The respondents of the study were the sixty-six (66) randomly selected Guimaras sports coaches. A researcher-adapted questionnaire on leadership styles (Leadership Scale in Sports) (LSS) by Chelladurai & Saleh (1980) and coaching strategies (Test of Performance Strategies) (TOPS) by Lane, et al. (2004) were used to gather data. To analyze the obtained data, statistical tools such as mean, standard deviation, and rank for descriptive analysis and the t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's r for inferential statistics set at .05 alpha level of significance were utilized. The results revealed that the most dominant leadership style of the respondents when taken as an entire group was "Positive Feedback" (Rewarding). For the coaching strategies of the sports coaches of the 40 coaching strategies, Set realistic goals for practice ranked 1. There were no significant differences in the coaches' leadership styles and strategies when grouped according to sex, length of coaching experience, age, type of sports and level of competition. A significant relationship existed between coaches' leadership styles

and coaching strategies.
