Zusammenfassung
This quasi-experimental study used multiple group pretest-posttest experimental design aimed to find out the outcome of Dynamic Learning Program to achievement in biology, attitude towards biology, and science process skills of Grade 7 students. One hundred twenty (120) high school students of the University of Iloilo-Phinma, Basic Education Department, were determined using the Slovin's Formula and pair-wise technique answered the questionnaires on achievement, attitude, and science process skills. The achievement in Biology and Science Process Skills were determined by the mean difference of the scores in the result of pretest and posttest. The instruments used were duly validated researcher-made questionnaires on attitude towards learning biology, achievement test, and science process skills test Appropriate statistical tools were employed for the descriptive and inferential analyses of the data. These were frequency counts, mean, standard deviation, t - test for independent samples, and One - way ANOVA. The significance level was set at .05. Results showed that the use of DLP in learning Biology can, in a way, improve the biology achievement of male and female Grade 7 students and those students from single-parent family. Result of the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, revealed a strong positive correlation among achievement in biology, attitude towards biology, and science process skills when learners were exposed to Dynamic Learning Program.
