Zusammenfassung
This mixed-method study assessed the availability, accessibility, and utilization of public library resources and services among 379 users in Western Visayas, Philippines. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire and focus group discussions, with descriptive and inferential statistics, including ANOVA and Pearson’s r, used for analysis. Findings revealed that resources were generally available and accessible, while service functionality was rated moderate. Significant differences in utilization were observed based on availability and accessibility, with strong positive correlations among the three variables. The study offers valuable insights for policymakers, librarians, and stakeholders in enhancing inclusive, user-centered public library services.
